• A ‘Personal Abridged Valuation’ is a cost effective option and consists of a site visit and meeting followed by a written letter stating our opinion of the ‘Current Open Market Value’ of the garden centre or plant nursery.

The valuation carries a standard fee plus travel expenses and on rare occasions an overnight stay dependant on distance. For a quotation, please contact our office.

If following receipt of the above valuation you should decide to place your garden centre or nursery with Alexander Mackie Associates Ltd. to sell then we will not charge any other fee’s until a buyer has been found and the transaction concludes; at that time we charge a percentage of the sale price achieved, this fee is calculated using a sliding scale and again we can provide confirmation of this upon request.
