The above information is kept in paper form in our offices, in addition we keep your full name, e-mail address and the specific property you enquired about in electronic form. We retain this information, so that if (during our marketing of the specific property/properties you have requested information about), we make any alteration to our marketing information, such as a price reduction, we will the let you know of such alteration, usually via e-mail. Mailing List
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We may use that information for several reasons: To tell you about new property instructions you’ve asked us to tell you about, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are accurate and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
